Avoid drinking alcohol, which can increase some of the side effects of Gneric Aldactone. Note that Generic Aldactone is considered drug that may cause impotence.

The following drugs should not be used together with Generic Aldactone: ACE inhibitors, Alcohol, Barbiturates, or Narcotics, Corticosteroids, ACTH, Pressor amines, skeletal muscle relaxants, Nondepolarizing, Lithium, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Digoxin.

If you are being treated for high blood pressure, keep using this medication even if you feel fine. High blood pressure often has no symptoms.
