What is Generic Atarax PRESCRIBED For?
Generic Atarax is used to treat anxiety, sedation before and after general anesthesia, and to treat itching due to certain allergic conditions, including hives and contact dermatitis.
How Should I Take Generic Atarax?

Generic Atarax is contraindicated to those who are allergic to any ingredient in it, have asthma, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, urinary or intestinal blockage, a prostate disease, or a blood disease; drink alcoholic beverages and women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.
What Happens if I MISS A DOSE?
If you miss a dose of Generic Atarax, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take only your next regularly scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose.
