If you experience these side effects, you may still continue your Generic "Combivir" intake but you must refer to your doctor about these side effects.

What other drugs can INTERACT with Generic "Combivir"?

Taking Generic "Combivir" may interact with other drugs so it is important that you inform and notify your doctor if you are taking any other medicines including herbal concoctions for your doctor to determine which medicines can be taken together with Generic "Combivir" medication.

Generic "Combivir" is not a cure for HIV infection and patients may continue to experience illnesses associated with HIV infection, including opportunistic infections. Patients should be advised that the use of Generic "Combivir" has not been shown to reduce the risk of transmission of HIV to others through sexual contact or blood contamination. Patients should be advised of the importance of taking Generic "Combivir" exactly as it is prescribed.
