There are no serious interactions between Generic "Paracetamol" and other drugs.
However, you may need to adjust your usual dose of anticoagulants (eg warfarin) if you take Generic "Paracetamol" regularly.

Do not take more than 4 doses of Generic "Paracetamol" in any 24 hour period.
