Generic Aricept is a cholinesterase inhibitor. It works by increasing the amount of a certain substance (acetylcholine) in the brain.

Inactive Ingredients: carrageenan, mannitol, colloidal silicon dioxide and polyvinyl alcohol. The 10 mg tablet contains also ferric oxide (yellow) as a coloring agent.
